Spring Wellness Spotlight

Peer Wellness Champions Wanted

Yale Well is hiring new Peer Wellness Champions. This program, initiated by the Office of the Secretary and Vice President for Student Life, is looking for students from each residential college and each graduate and professional school who would like to help their classmates think deeply about individual and collective wellness. Happiness And/Or the Good Life?

On Tuesday, April 2 at 4:00 p.m. join Kimberly Goff-Crews, Secretary and Vice President for Student Life, in the Zhang Auditorium as she hosts Professors Laurie Santos, Jennifer Herdt, and Shelly Kagan to discuss “Happiness And/Or the Good Life.” More information will be posted on the Yale Well website as it becomes available.

Mindfulness Classes

Starting in April, Student Wellness at Yale Health will host Koru Mindfulness. This is a free, 4-week course designed to teach basic mindfulness and meditation skills to busy students. To learn more about the course or register visit the course website
