Yale Well and the Office of the Secretary and Vice President for University Life (OSVPUL) invite all students and student groups to apply for funding to support pilot programs or events that further Yale Well’s mission to foster an environment where wellness is valued and intentionally embraced by students. This project should seek to address one of the eight areas of wellness - move well, eat well, mind well, rest well, love well, seek well, work well, and save well. Applications will be reviewed by members of the Yale Well committee, which includes students.
Historically, stronger grant applications have included:
- Creative and innovative projects that have the ability to attract a wide student audience.
- Well-articulated goals and projected outcomes.
- Address multiple areas of well-being and demonstrate collaboration.
- Feasible programming and logistics that can be carried out independently by grant recipients. Note: out of state travel is not within the scope of the grants.
- A detailed budget that highlights how the use of funds would benefit the program and does not exceed $1,000.
- A comprehensive communication plan.
The application period for 2024-2025 has closed.
